How to create an opt-in form to collect new contacts

It's time to create an opt-in form and begin collecting more contacts!

Embed your forms anywhere

Upscribe forms can be used in a number of places. You can embed them in a Medium story, an WordPress site, a custom HTML website, you can even use your form URL as form handler for Webflow!

Creating an opt-in form

To create a form you'll first navigate to the Forms page in your Upscribe account. Once there you can click the New Form button in the top right of the page. This will take you to the form builder where you'll be able to customize your new form.

Time to get creative! Add your logo, your brand color and fonts. What information do you need from your contacts? Phone number? Last name? The form builder allows you to do all of this and more.

Once you've finished customizing your form you can go to the Embed tab for snippets and instructions on how to place your new form on your website, embed it on your blog, share it on social, and so on!
